政府致力鼓勵及支援非華語學生融入社會，包括幫助他們盡早適應本地教育體系及學好中文，並確保非華語學生與華語同儕享有同等機會入讀公營學校和學習中文。教育局一直採用多元策略，為非華語學生於學前教育至中學階段提供全方位的學習支援，包括學習架構、學與教資源、師資培訓、專業支援、額外撥款、多元出路，以及家長教育和支援等，以協助非華語學生學好中文及融入社會。詳見附件：

The Government is committed to encouraging and supporting the integration of non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students into the community, including facilitating their early adaptation to the local education system and mastery of the Chinese language. The Government ensures NCS students, like their Chinese-speaking peers, enjoy equal opportunities for admission to public sector schools and for learning Chinese. The Education Bureau (EDB) has been providing NCS students with all-encompassing learning support from pre-primary to secondary levels through diverse strategies, including Learning Framework, learning and teaching resources, teacher training, professional support, additional funding, multiple pathways, parent education and support for parents, etc., to help NCS students master the Chinese language and integrate into the community.
